Welcome to CREDAI Erode – a unified body of Real Estate Developers in Erode. By accessing our services, website, or participating in our programs, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership
Membership is open to real estate developers, builders, and associated professionals who meet CREDAI Erode’s eligibility criteria.
All members must comply with the Code of Conduct prescribed by CREDAI Erode.
Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
2. Code of Ethics
Members must adhere to fair trade practices and transparent dealings with clients.
Misrepresentation, fraud, or unethical practices will lead to disciplinary action, including termination of membership.
3. Events & Activities
CREDAI Erode conducts seminars, exhibitions, networking sessions, and awareness programs for the benefit of the industry and community.
Participation in events may be subject to separate event-specific terms and conditions.
4. Use of CREDAI Erode Name & Logo
Members may use the CREDAI Erode name and logo only with prior written permission.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes among members or between members and customers should be referred to the CREDAI Erode grievance redressal mechanism before pursuing legal remedies.
6. Limitation of Liability
CREDAI Erode acts as a representative body and is not responsible for individual member’s transactions, contractual obligations, or liabilities.
7. Privacy Policy
Member and customer data will be collected, stored, and used in compliance with applicable laws.
CREDAI Erode will not sell or misuse personal data.
8. Amendments
CREDAI Erode reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with prior notice to members.
