Refund Policy – CREDAI Erode
At CREDAI Erode, we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to the organization may be refunded
1. Membership
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is approved and activated.
- If an application is rejected before activation, the fee paid will be refunded after deducting applicable administrative charges.
2. Event / Program Fees
- For paid events, workshops, or seminars:
Full refund will be issued if the participant cancels at least 7 days before the event.
50% refund will be issued if the participant cancels between 3–6 days before the event.
No refund will be issued if the cancellation is within 2 days of the event or in case of a no-show.
- If the event is postponed or cancelled by CREDAI Erode, participants may opt for a full refund or credit transfer to another event.
3. Sponsorship / Advertising Fees
Sponsorship or advertisement payments are non-refundable once the material has been approved and work has commenced.
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days after approval.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in cases where services have already been rendered or benefits already availed.
